Diet Update
July was a little bit harder to get the weight off in. Seems like just the change in diet isn't quite enough to keep the moementum I had last month. Plus, who knows how much of the initial 15lb loss was probably water. So, as of August 1st, I weighed in at 246. Not bad. 4lbs in the month of July. Since about the 20th of July I have been hitting my bowflex 2 or 3 times a week, which seems to help. I don't know how much muscle gain vs fat burning is happening and how that's affecting the total weight, but I can report that the size 38 pants are beginning to fit again.
